Jetking Infotrain Appoints Anand Dhruv as President – People & Workforce Transformation

Jetking Infotrain Limited has appointed Anand Dhruv as President – People & Workforce Transformation, effective July 2026.

In his new role, Anand will lead the company’s people, culture and organisational transformation agenda and work closely with the Chairman and executive leadership team. He will also work with the Board and leadership team on building an organisation that can support the company’s long-term growth.

Extensive Experience

Anand brings more than two decades of experience across human resources, learning and development, talent management, organisational development and HR consulting.

Before joining Jetking, Anand worked as a Senior HR Consultant and Fractional CHRO, advising organisations on HR processes, employee benefits, productivity, HR culture and benchmarking. He worked with organisations including Meshlinks, Connexis, Manubhai Jewelers, Rackbank Datacenters and NIDO Machineries.

Earlier, Anand spent two years with NTT Global Data Centers as Associate Director – Learning & Development, where he headed Talent Development and Early Careers. He previously spent nearly four years as Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Netmagic Solutions, an NTT Communications company.

At Netmagic, Anand worked across talent management, employee engagement, retention, HR strategy, diversity and organisational change. His career also includes HR leadership roles at Laqshya Media Group and Netmagic Solutions, along with earlier positions at Mukand, Intelenet Global Services and Reliance Communications.

His experience at NTT also included work on initiatives such as the NTT India Academy for Women Empowerment, which supported women returning to technology careers. Anand was also recognised as an Inspirational HR Leader of the Year while at NTT Global Data Centers.

Anand holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. He has also completed executive education in AI Strategy and Business Transformation from Cornell University and holds qualifications in training, coaching and NLP.
