JPMorgan Chase appoints Rishi Wadhwani as Vice President- HR

A leading global financial services firm with operations servicing clients in more than 100 countries, JPMorgan Chase & Co. has announced the appointment of Rishi Wadhwani as Vice President- Human Resources.

Rishi Wadhwani has nearly 13 years of multifaceted experience across HR functions, Analytics and Technology platforms.

Rishi’s expertise is in People Analytics, Program Management, Digital Transformation, Compensation & Benefits, Product Management, Project Management, Performance Management, and Stakeholder Management.

Prior to JPMorgan Chase & Co., Rishi Wadhwani was associated with Jio as Lead HR Programs and People Analytics. He was leading HR Programs, Analytics, HR Platforms, and Project Management for Jio Platforms Limited. He was helping the Organization on improving employee experience through various programs and technology solutions.

Earlier, Rishi was associated with AGS Transact Technologies Ltd as HR Analyst. He was responsible for HR Analytics, Process Automation, and Digitization, Performance Management systems, Policy & Process Formulation & Implementation, HR Systems Implementation, and HR Operations & Strategy.

Rishi is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has earlier worked with SterlingBackcheck as CRM Developer, and Tikona as Product Manager – Fixedline.

Rishi holds Bachelor of Engineering, Information technology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College
