K Drive Mobility Appoints Ravi Prakash as Director and Head – HR

K Drive Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a Bharat Forge Group company, has appointed Ravi Prakash as Director and Head – Human Resources.

Based in Pune, Prakash will lead the company’s people strategy as it enters a new phase of growth and transformation following its acquisition from American Axle & Manufacturing.

In his new role, Prakash will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives across the organization, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and culture integration.

Extensive Experience

Prakash brings over 16 years of diverse HR leadership experience across manufacturing, industrial, energy, and engineering sectors.

Before joining K Drive Mobility Solutions, he served as Head of Human Resources – Bio Energy at Praj Industries, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s growth strategy, organizational development, and talent transformation initiatives.

Prior to Praj Industries, he spent more than four years with Imerys, leading HR operations across India and driving HR process transformation, compensation strategy, automation, and employee experience programs.

Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership positions at Adani Power, where he worked extensively on talent management, organizational design, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Prakash holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), Kolkata, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from St. Xavier’s College.
