L&T elevates Manish Gour as VP- HR, Heavy Engineering Division

Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (L&T) elevates Manish Gour as Vice President- Human Resources for its Heavy Engineering Division, effective January 1, 2024.

Before this, most recently he was working as General Manager & Head HR & Operational Excellence, Larsen & Toubro Ltd., Heavy Engineering Division for 5 years.

Manish is a seasoned HR professional with rich experience of more than 30 years, someone who has developed a good understanding to be able to run business operations. Through roles both strategic and operational, he has managed different lifecycles of businesses, transitions, projects, and manufacturing.

He has good exposure in the areas of Talent Management – Acquisition, Development, Education, Psychometrics, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Legal and Statutory, Administration, CSR, etc.

Prior to L&T, he worked for organizations like Alstom, JCB, SM Dyechem, Crompton Greaves, Kores India, and Atlas in HR leadership roles.

Manish did Bachelor of Science- B.Sc and holds MBA- Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
