Mahindra Group Appoints Delnaz Desai as VP– Group Talent Head

Mahindra Group has appointed Delnaz Desai as Vice President – Group Talent Head, effective July 2026. She will be based in Mumbai and will lead the Group’s talent function.

In the new role, Delnaz will manage the Group’s talent management agenda, covering employer branding, talent attraction, retention and development. She will work with business leaders on leadership and talent requirements across the Group.

Extensive Experience

Delnaz brings two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, leadership hiring and HR business partnering across the food and consumer goods, telecommunications, logistics and technology sectors.

Before joining Mahindra Group, she spent around two years with Kellanova, most recently as Talent Lead & HR Business Partner, AMEA Snacks (Pringles), where she worked with regional leadership on talent, leadership capability, culture and engagement. She earlier served as Senior Associate Director – HRBP for Supply Chain & R&D.

Before Kellanova, Delnaz spent more than four years with Kellogg Company in senior HR roles, including Senior Associate Director – Talent & Corporate HR and Associate Director – Corporate HR and Sales HR. Her work covered talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement.

She previously worked with Vodafone Idea as HR Business Partner, Marketing, and with Vodafone as GM – Business HR. Earlier, she spent about five years with Maersk in talent and regional HR roles.

She began her career with Wipro Technologies, where she worked in leadership hiring for nearly four years.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai.
