Pine Labs appoints Srinivasan J as Head- Human Resources

A leading merchant commerce omnichannel platform, Pine Labs has announced the appointment of Srinivasan J as Head of Human Resources.

Srinivasan J is a Talented HR professional with nearly three decades of experience, of which 13 years in the areas of HR Transformation & HR Operations in a Shared Services environment.

Srinivasan J’s career stints have been in various HR roles – HR Generalist, Head of Reward and Benefits, HR Transformation Lead, and Head of HR Shared Services. Being a thought leader, he has been instrumental in driving the larger HR Agenda and partnering change with the Business and Global HR Transformation team.

Prior to Pine Labs, Srinivasan J was associated with Diageo as Vice President-HR Operations, Diageo Business Services India. In this role, he was delivering HR Shared Services globally supporting 26000 employees with Team size of ~180 managing various Hire to Retire scope of services including -Onboarding, Offboarding, Talent Ops, Global Reward &Benefits Ops, Global Learning Operations, HR Reporting and HR Help Desk Services across Budapest, Bangalore and Manila centres.

Earlier, Srinivasan J was working with Vodafone, Concio Inc, Hutchison Max Telecom Orange, and Elbee Express Pvt Ltd.

Srinivasan J is an alumnus of Indian School of Business. He completed his graduation from University of Madras.
