PwC Elevates Anumeha Singh as Partner & Head- People Consulting, India

PwC, one of the Big Four professional services firms, has elevated Anumeha Singh as Partner and Head of People and Organisation Consulting, India.

In her new role, she will lead PwC India’s People and Organisation Consulting business, overseeing workforce transformation, advisory services, digital solutions, and strategic alliances to drive organizational growth and change.

Extensive Experience

A seasoned HR and consulting professional, Anumeha brings nearly two decades of experience across organization effectiveness, talent management, rewards, performance management, and large-scale HR transformation.

She has been associated with PwC for over ten years across multiple leadership positions, progressing from Associate Director to Director, Executive Director, Partner, and now the head of the practice in India.

Before taking on her current role, Anumeha served as Partner at PwC India, where she advised organizations on workforce strategy, organization design, change management, compensation and benefits, and digital HR transformation initiatives.

Her expertise has helped businesses navigate evolving workforce challenges while aligning people strategies with broader business objectives.

Prior to rejoining PwC in 2015, Anumeha held senior HR leadership roles at Airtel and Bharti Enterprises. During her tenure, she led key initiatives in performance management, total rewards, compensation design, incentive planning, employee recognition, talent management, and organization effectiveness.

Anumeha Singh holds a PGDBM in HR and Marketing from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (2006–2008).
