Samhita Social Ventures appoints Akshatha as Associate Director – HR

Samhita Social Ventures has announced the appointment of Akshatha Karangutkar as Associate Director – Human Resources.

Akshatha Karangutkar has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Associate Director – HR at Samhita Social Ventures!”

Akshatha Karangutkar said, “I firmly believe that how every manager is expected to be a People Manager, every HR Professional should understand the core business, revenue models, and complete business understanding to align business and people.”

“My role at Samhita gives me an opportunity to work in a sector that is close to my heart and also use my experience in HR to learn and grow and make a difference in this space,” Akshatha said.

Akshatha has over two decades of experience in Human Resources. Prior to Samhita Social Ventures, she was associated with Bank of Baroda Financial Services as an Assistant Vice President – HR.
