Tata 1mg appoints Gurpreet Singh as Director- Human resources

India’s leading consumer health platform, Tata 1mg has announced the appointment of Gurpreet Singh as Director- Human resources.

Gurpreet has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director- Human Resources at Tata 1mg!”

Gurpreet is a motivated HR professional with extensive experience in people leadership and business partnering across high-growth tech product & IT services organizations.

He brings expertise in Talent & Performance Management, HR Transformation, Change management, Project Management, Digital HR/Technology (HRIS), Organization Development, Employee Engagement & Process Design.

Prior to Tata 1mg, Gurpreet was associated with Wingify as Group Manager/Head – Talent Management & HR Operations.

Previously, Gurpreet was associated with Concentrix where he held various roles and proactively managed organization-wide critical employee relations issues for a large region (50,000+ Head Count), following a structured approach & analytics.

He started his career working with Infosys as a senior system engineer.

Gurpreet holds his master’s in Business Administration from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He completed his bachelor of engineering from Panjab University.
