Trellix appoints Mahipal Nair as Vice President- Human Resources

Trellix has announced the appointment of Mahipal Nair as Vice President- Human Resources, India, Japan, APAC.

In this role, he is responsible for leading the HR Business Partners team for India, APAC, and Japan.

Mahipal Nair has over 25 years of experience. He is a seasoned and pragmatic executive driving sustainable business growth through talent development and organizational transformation.

He is an authentic leader with strong HR and business acumen complimented by expertise in M&A and crisis management.

Prior to Trellix, Mahipal was associated with NielsenIQ as Chief Human Resources Officer-South Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He was responsible for leading a team of 75+ HR professionals serving 6.5K+ employees, across 20 markets in the region.

He Managed the spin-off process of two independent companies Nielsen & NielsenIQ and steered the transition from public to private under private equity ownership. Previously, Mahipal was associated with organizations such as Malayala Manorama Co. Ltd, Infozech Software Private Limited, and IIHMR University.

Mahipal holds master’s degree in HR from University of Allahabad and bachelor’s from University of Rajasthan.
