ZingHR Appoints Shweta Pathak as Head – Growth Marketing

ZingHR, a leading HRMS company, has appointed Shweta Pathak as Head – Growth Marketing.

In this role, she will lead growth marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, drive demand generation, and support customer engagement and business expansion for ZingHR.

Extensive Experience

Shweta joins ZingHR after serving as Marketing Leader – India at Cornerstone OnDemand for two years, where she focused on strengthening brand visibility and driving cross-functional collaborations in the learning and talent technology space.

Before Cornerstone, she worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Vice President – Human Resources. In this role, she was part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and led campus hiring initiatives for the bank. She also contributed to diversity hiring programs and ESG-related initiatives.

Over the years, Shweta has built experience across employer branding, university relations, talent acquisition, change management, and engagement.

Her previous assignments include leadership roles at EdCast, SUN PHARMA, TMP Worldwide, Deutsche Bank, Marico Limited, and TeamLease.

Shweta holds an MBA in Human Resources from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Mumbai.
