Raymond Appoints Kranthi Sagar Y as Head – Talent Acquisition

Raymond Limited has appointed Kranthi Sagar Y as Head– Talent Acquisition for its Engineering and Aerospace business verticals.

He shared the update on LinkedIn, stating that he has started a new journey with Raymond Limited and will lead talent acquisition for JK Maini Precision Technology Ltd and JK Maini Global Aerospace Ltd.

He also expressed his excitement about working under the leadership of CHRO, Sarita Tripathi, and being part of the company’s ongoing transformation journey.

Extensive Experience

Based in Bengaluru, Kranthi will head talent acquisition for Raymond’s Engineering and Aerospace businesses, focusing on leadership hiring, workforce planning, and strengthening talent pipelines across functions.

Prior to joining Raymond Limited, Kranthi served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Perfios, where he led recruitment strategy for India and eight international markets across the Middle East and Asia. His role included leadership hiring, AI-led recruitment initiatives, and building global talent pipelines for technology, product, and data science roles.

Earlier, he worked with organizations including Alliance Group, Gabriel & Co., Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Jubilant Biosys Limited, ABC Consultants, and Elder Pharmaceuticals across talent acquisition, executive search, employer branding, and HR transformation roles.

With over two decades of experience, Kranthi has worked extensively in global talent acquisition, recruitment automation, AI-driven hiring, employer branding, and leadership hiring across sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, retail, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals.

Kranthi holds an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University and a B.Sc degree from Andhra University.
