Accorian ropes in Piyali Bhattacharjee as Head of People

A technology advisory firm, Accorian has announced the appointment of Piyali Bhattacharjee as Head of People. In this new role, she will report to Co-Founder & COO, Aaditya Uthappa.

Piyali is a seasoned HR professional with 16 years of diverse experience in People and Culture. She has been in an HR Leadership role partnering with business leaders for Talent Strategy.

Prior to Accorian, she was associated with Euronext Solutions as Human Resources Director. In her previous assignments, she had been consulting with startups across industries as a People Advisor and had also been Business Partner HR for Infosys Technologies and Goldman Sachs in her professional contour.

Piyali has held a variety of key HR roles in intense and high-growth environments and has successfully conceived, set, and managed critical projects in Talent Management.

She has collaborated with leadership teams across sectors to drive key programs such as Talent Review, Leadership Development, Mentorship Programs and Diversity & Inclusion Programs.

Piyali holds her Master’s of Business Laws from National Law School of India University and completed her Master’s of Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
