Ashish Goel Resigns as Kajaria Ceramics CHRO After 5-Months

Kajaria Ceramics Limited has announced the resignation of Ashish Goel from the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 27, 2026.

Ashish, who joined the company on February 13, 2026, served for nearly five months before stepping down, citing personal and health reasons.
The company’s Board of Directors accepted his resignation, bringing an end to his brief tenure as a member of the senior management team.
The development was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, through a filing signed by Vinit Kumar, General Counsel & Company Secretary.

According to the regulatory filing, Ashish first submitted his resignation via email on June 11, 2026, citing personal reasons and requesting to be relieved immediately.
In a follow-up communication dated June 16, 2026, he clarified that health concerns were the primary reason for his decision. He also requested that June 16 be treated as his last working day and sought settlement of his pending salary, reimbursements, and leave encashment.
However, the company formally accepted his resignation with effect from July 27, 2026, indicating a transition period before his official exit.

Ashish Goel is an HR professional with more than three decades of experience across media, telecom, manufacturing, education and diversified business groups.
Before joining Kajaria Ceramics, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Essel Group, where he led HR strategy, digital HR transformation and talent management for a workforce spread across 250 locations.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Technicon Group, Vodafone, Hero MotoCorp, Career Launcher (CL Educate) and MKM Group, driving initiatives in organisation restructuring, leadership development, performance management, compensation strategy and employee engagement.
Kajaria Ceramics has not yet announced a successor for the CHRO position. The company is expected to initiate the process of appointing a new HR leader in the coming weeks.
