DCM Shriram ropes in ex- VP- HR of GE Sandeep as President & CHRO

DCM Shriram, a spin-off from trifurcation of the reputed erstwhile DCM Group appoints Sandeep Girotra as President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to joining DCM Shriram, Sandeep was associated with Xylem Incorporation as CHRO – Emerging Markets

Sandeep is a seasoned HR leader with close to 03 decades of experience in Human Resources with Indian and Multinational companies like GE, Ranbaxy, HSBC, and Dupont in global and leadership roles, based out of India, Japan, Korea, Middle East, and Singapore.

Most of Sanddep’s experience has been in transformational roles, driving growth and leading HR change agenda, setting up of People Strategy for growth, and building Organization and People DNA for business success.

Some of his core HR areas of expertise have been in Staffing, Rewards, Talent Management, Organization Design, and capability development.

Sandeep is commerce graduate and holds masters deegree in human resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
