DTDC Express appoints Ankita as CHRO from Pidilite Industries

One of India’s leading integrated express logistics companies, DTDC Express has appointed Ankita Tiwari as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

As CHRO at DTDC, Ankita will oversee the organization’s entire people and culture agenda, shaping its strategic HR initiatives.

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at DTDC Express Limited!”

Ankita, a seasoned HR Leader with 23+ years of experience, excels in HR Centers of Excellence & HR Business Partner roles.

She has extensive cross-cultural experience in Manufacturing, Speciality Chemicals, Logistics, and IT-Telecom leading to proficiency in adapting HR practices to diverse, complex environments and international settings.

Prior to joining DTDC Express Limited, Ankita was associated with Pidilite Industries Limited as Vice President- Human Resources.

At Pidilite, she was leading Talent Management, DEI, Employee Engagement, Field-force HR, Compensation, Benefits, Operations, Policies & HRBP (B2B) for the organization. Additionally, she was steering the function towards greater automation, digitization, agility and strategic business alignment.

Her earlier stints include working with BASF, ST-Ericsson, Maersk Line, and Larsen & Toubro Limited.

She holds her Masters in Personnel Management, HR from SIBM (Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune) and completed her Bachelor of Science from Banaras Hindu University.
