Pidilite Industries Elevates CHRO Ashish Prasad as CBO; Suresh Kumar C Succeeds Him

Pidilite Industries has announced changes to its senior leadership team, with the elevation of Ashish Prasad to Chief Business Officer (CBO) – Strategic Initiatives. Previously, he was working as Chief Human Resources Officer with the company.

The company has also announced the elevation of Suresh Kumar C as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective July 21, 2026.

Suresh Kumar C was previously serving as Co-CHRO at Pidilite Industries. He has been associated with the company for more than 33 years and has held key responsibilities across human resources, organisation development, and strategic initiatives.

Ashish Prasad will continue to be a part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel.

He brings over 29 years of experience across business leadership, operations, strategy, marketing, and human resources.

Ashish Prasad served as Pidilite’s CHRO for about nine months after joining the role in November 2025. Before taking charge of the HR function, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Sintex BAPL Limited.

He has also held senior leadership positions at Ashirvad Pipes (Aliaxis Group), ACC Limited, Pidilite Industries, IIJT, Madura Garments Lifestyle Retail, Aditya Birla Group, The Coca-Cola Company, and Asian Paints.

With his new role as Chief Business Officer – Strategic Initiatives, Prasad will focus on driving strategic business initiatives for the company.
