Piramal Enterprises Limited elevates Manjul Tilak as CHRO

One of India’s largest diversified companies, Piramal Enterprises Limited has elevated Manjul Tilak to Chief Human Resources Officer – Financial Services and Realty. He was formerly Head HR – Financial Services at the organization.

Manjul is an experienced HR professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the HR Domain.

Prior to the current organization, He was associated with Kotak Mahindra Bank as Senior Executive Vice President (HR) and Head of HR – Consumer Bank. In this role, he was responsible for looking after HR for Consumer Bank, at Kotak.

Earlier, he handled HR for Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking Group, Treasury, and Risk functions, for close to six years.

Manjul started his career working with Triveni Engineering & Industries Ltd as Deputy Manager (HR).

He holds his MPM & IR, in Human Resources from Panjab University and completed his B Tech, Structural and Civil Engineering from BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar.
