Raychem RPG Appoints Abhishikta Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer

Raychem RPG, a leading engineering solutions company, has appointed Abhishikta Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In her new role, Abhishikta will lead the company’s people strategy, with responsibility for leadership development, organisational capability and people practices, while supporting business growth and building a healthy workplace culture across the organisation effectively.

Extensive Experience

Abhishikta brings more than 14 years of HR experience across FMCG and multinational organisations. She began her career with Marico as a Management Trainee and spent over six years with the company.

Before joining Raychem RPG, Abhishikta was HR Head – Commercial Functions at Reckitt, where she spent around two years supporting the company’s commercial functions from an HR perspective.

Prior to Reckitt, she spent nearly two years with The Coca-Cola Company as Director – Employer Branding & Executive Talent Acquisition. Her work included employer branding, executive talent acquisition and talent strategy.

Abhishikta spent nearly five years with L’Oréal, holding roles including Head – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, India, HR Business Partner – Corporate Functions and Senior Manager – Rewards.

Earlier, she spent over six years with Marico, progressing from Management Trainee to Business HR Manager – Research and Development.

She also worked as HR Manager and HR Manager – Campus Relations, handling areas including employer branding, internal communication, people development and campus relations.

Tripathi holds an MA in HRM and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and studied at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
