Tribeca Developers appoints Simantika Mukherjee as Group CHRO

One of the fastest-growing real estate developers in India, Tribeca Developers has appointed Simantika Mukherjee as Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this role, Simantika will be responsible for leading the HR function for the organization. She aims to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration at Tribeca Developers while empowering the employees to reach their maximum potential.

Commenting on the appointment she said, “I’m glad that I’m starting a new position as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Tribeca Developers” 

With over 15 years of diverse HR experience, Simantika brings her expertise in driving the growth and performance of the company through talent acquisition, development, and engagement.

Prior to Tribeca Developers, she was associated with Tata Realty And Infrastructure Ltd where she held various leadership roles and most recently she was working as Assistant Vice President- HR.

Her earlier stints include working with SBI General Insurance, Wipro Limited, SBI General Insurance, and ERUDITE.

She earned her Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Presidency College.
