Alkem Laboratories has announced the appointment of Rahul Vijayvargiya as Senior Vice President- Human Resources.

On his appointment, the company said, “We are thrilled to welcome a distinguished new member to our Alkem family! Mr. Rahul Vijayvargiya has joined us as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at our corporate office.”

Rahul is a seasoned HR professional with rich experience in managing various HR activities for a large number of colleagues across multiple geographies (India, Middle East & Africa).
He has diverse experience across multiple industry sectors, such as automobile, HR consultancy, retail, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to Alkem Laboratories, Rahul was associated with Reliance where he served as Head- Human Resources for the Pharma Retail division.
His earlier stints include working with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Aditya Birla Group (Retail Business), Future Group India, Shoppers Stop Ltd., and Ma Foi Randstad.
He holds his MPA in Human Resources from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
