Extensive Experience

A seasoned HR leader with more than 25 years of experience, Ramesh has held senior leadership positions across prominent healthcare institutions. He has been associated with the Kolkata-based Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited since March 2023, when he joined as Associate Vice President and Head of Human Resources.

Over the past three years, he has played a key role in shaping HR strategy, strengthening employer branding, driving talent acquisition, compensation management, employee engagement, performance management, change management, and HR technology adoption across the organization.

Before joining Ambuja Neotia Healthcare Venture Limited, he served as Head – Human Resources (Deputy General Manager) at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital, where he led strategic HR initiatives, succession planning, performance management, and organizational development programs.

His earlier stints include leadership roles at HCG Hospitals, Sahara Hospital, and Sahara India, where he gained extensive expertise in talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

Ramesh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Lucknow University.
