In this new role, Sonum will oversee the entire gamut of people and culture agenda of the organization.
She confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m thrilled to announce that I have joined Baazi Games as Head People & Culture!”

Before joining Baazi Games, Sonum was associated with The Good Glamm Group as Head- Human Resources, Retail.

Her earlier stints include working with INDmoney, HT Digital Streams, Go-MMT Partner Community, Fever 104 FM (HT Media Ltd.), Dish TV -Essel Group, and Unison International.
She holds her master’s in Business Administration (IB & HR), International Business & HR from Amity University, and completed her Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
