Biz2X, the global SaaS lending powerhouse and a subsidiary of Biz2Credit, has announced the appointment of Narendra Singh Chandel as Vice President and Head of Human Resources.

The move comes as the company enters a high-velocity growth phase in 2026, aiming to disburse ₹17,000 crore in MSME loans while expanding its footprint across India, the United States, and the MENA region.

Driving the AI-First People Agenda

Narendra’s appointment is central to Biz2X’s strategy to “reimagine” the employee experience through technology.

With over 20 years of HR expertise, he is tasked with embedding AI-enabled processes into the company’s core operations.

This includes deploying data-driven workforce planning and AI-supported hiring frameworks to manage the firm’s rapidly scaling global team.

The mandate is clear: modernize the HR lifecycle—from talent acquisition to performance management—to match the speed of the company’s AI-driven lending products.

“As we strengthen our AI-led capabilities across functions, we will leverage technology to reimagine talent and learning,” Narendra stated, emphasizing a focus on preserving a high-performance culture during this digital transition.

A Veteran Transition from Industry Giants

Narendra joins Biz2X with a distinguished pedigree in organizational transformation.

He previously held leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Newgen Software, and Ingenuity Gaming.

Narendra previously served as a Major in the Indian Army and holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.

This background provides him with a unique blend of disciplined leadership and strategic HR acumen.

Biz2X Strategic Growth and Global Expansion

The hiring follows Biz2X’s ambitious roadmap for 2026.

The company recently committed ₹100 crore toward AI investments and partnered with AWS to launch “Agentic AI” solutions.

CEO and Co-founder Rohit Arora noted that Chandel’s experience in building agile people organizations will be a “key differentiator” as the firm hires over 200 professionals in AI, data science, and engineering this year.

By institutionalizing a “future-ready” people framework, Biz2X aims to sustain its 25-30% year-on-year growth.

The firm’s leadership believes that a robust, AI-integrated HR strategy will allow them to scale effectively across diverse markets like Dubai, Mumbai, and New York.

This strategy will simultaneously help the company maintain consistent core values.
