Exide Energy Solutions Appoints Sandeep Pandey as CHRO

Exide Energy Solutions Ltd has appointed Sandeep Pandey as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective August 2026.

In his new role, Sandeep will lead the HR function from Bengaluru, looking after people, workforce needs and HR support for business growth.

Extensive Experience

Sandeep Pandey brings more than three decades of HR experience across manufacturing, engineering and industrial businesses.

Before joining Exide Energy Solutions, he was Senior Vice President – HR at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd from September 2025 to August 2026. He had earlier spent nearly six years with Nuvoco, serving as Senior Vice President – HR from July 2019 to March 2025.

Between March and September 2025, Sandeep was Senior Vice President – HR at Alok Industries Ltd. Earlier, he served as Head of Human Resources at TDK from December 2016 to July 2019. He was Vice President – Human Resources at the Aditya Birla Group from July 2014 to December 2016.

Sandeep worked as Head- Human Resources at KOHLER India from October 2012 to June 2014. Before that, he spent more than six years with Bosch India, where he served as Senior General Manager – HR from July 2006 to September 2012.

His earlier career also includes HR roles at Suzlon Energy, Lafarge Cement India and ACC, giving him experience across the cement, engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
