Gaurav Ahluwalia joins Ernst & Young as Partner People Consulting

Ernst & Young (EY), a global professional services firm offering assurance, tax, advisory, and consulting appoints Gaurav Ahluwalia as Partner People Consulting, India.

He joined the organization from JPMorgan Chase & Co where Gaurav was Managing Director and Head of Human Resources.

Gaurav said, “I am excited to share my new role as Partner People Consulting with Ernst & Young, India. In this role, I will work with EY’s financial services clients – both domestic and GCCs – to help grow/transform aspects of their people agenda/experience, leveraging new age HR Tech, Tools, and Analytics.”

Gaurav has over 25 years of experience. He is an experienced Human Resources Director with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.

He possesses robust HR skills including HR Consulting, Technology Needs Analysis, Deferred Compensation, HR Policies, and Compensation & Benefits, reflecting his proficiency and expertise in the field.

Before joining JPMorgan Chase, his earlier stints included working with HSBC and Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd.

He holds his Masters in HR & OD and Employee Relations from Delhi University.
