IndiGo Appoints Deloitte’s Sudeep Anurag as Director – HR Analytics & Transformation

IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) has appointed Sudeep Anurag as Director – HR Analytics and Transformation. He joins the airline after nearly four years at Deloitte.

In his new role, Sudeep will work on HR analytics and transformation, with his experience spanning People Analytics, AI and GenAI in HR, workforce planning, HR data, job architecture and organisation transformation.

Extensive Experience

Sudeep brings more than 15 years of professional experience across human capital consulting, HR analytics, workforce strategy and technology.

Before joining IndiGo, he spent nearly four years with Deloitte, where he most recently served as Associate Director.

He worked on Human Capital transformation and growth initiatives covering AI and GenAI in HR, People Analytics, workforce strategy, data and organisation transformation.

He also worked on skills-based organisation, workforce planning, job architecture, Human Capital data strategies and HR operating-model redesign.

Prior to Deloitte, Sudeep spent around three years at Bain & Company, where he worked as Manager, Senior Analyst and Experienced Analyst.

As part of the Global People Analytics team, his work included employee engagement surveys, feedback analysis, recruitment, DEI and attrition analytics.

Earlier, he spent over three years with Aon Hewitt as Senior Consulting Analyst, working on employee engagement, HR dashboards, advanced analytics, leadership development and assessments.

Sudeep began his career at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where he worked for over five years across analytics and programming roles.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Staffordshire and completed a postgraduate programme in Data Science and Business Analytics from Texas McCombs School of Business.
