Indigo elevates Bhanu Pratap Singh as Director- HR Shared Services

India’s largest passenger airline, IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) has elevated Bhanu Pratap Singh as Director- HR shared services.

Bhanu has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director- HR Shared Services at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd)!”

Bhanu is a Multi-faceted, high-impact senior Human Resource professional with extensive exposure in working with various IT & Telecom companies, having direct oversight of the India HR Shared Service Model.

He is delivering both operational and transactional services which are strategically aligned to supporting the Organization’s HR programs and policies & hence making the organization a great place to work.

He is responsible for strengthening the HRSS Capability, by developing a broader HR shared services scope and infrastructure which includes extending the deployment of the HR tools and systems to India.

Prior to IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), Bhanu has been associated with Magma Fincorp as a Head- HR SSC Managing PAN India HR OPS.

Previously, he has been associated with Tata Teleservices Ltd., Ericsson, Dell Services, NTT DATA, and Innodata India Pvt Ltd.

Bhanu holds a master’s in human resources and IR and is an LLB graduate from the University of Lucknow.
