An Indian banking and financial services company, Kotak Mahindra Bank appoints Ketan Darji as Vice President- HR (Lead Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions).

In this role, he will be responsible for Leading Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions.
He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Vice President- HR (Lead Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions) at Kotak Mahindra Bank!”
He is an HR professional with over 17 years of experience. He holds a Management Degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management and has strong experience in Talent Acquisition.
Before Kotak Mahindra Bank, he was associated with Axis Securities Limited as a Talent Acquisition Lead & HR Business Partner.

His earlier stints include working with Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited, Sahara India, Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, Angel Broking, and HDFC BANK Ltd.
Ketan Darji holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Mumbai University.
