Lupin, a global pharmaceutical company, has appointed Aditi Altekar as Global Lead – HR Digital & AI Transformation, effective August 2026.

In her new role, she will focus on HR technology, digital transformation and the use of AI to improve HR processes and employee experience across the organisation.
Extensive Experience in HR Technology
Aditi brings over 18 years of experience across HR technology, HR digitisation, enterprise systems and technology consulting. Before joining Lupin, she was Group Human Resources Technology Lead at Godrej Industries Group, where she worked on enterprise-wide HR digital transformation and technology modernisation initiatives.

Before Godrej Industries Group, Aditi served as Associate Director – Human Resources at Zee Entertainment Enterprises, where she worked on HR technology strategy, automation, self-service solutions, security and compliance. She also managed global stakeholders and governance for HR systems.
Earlier, she spent around four years with Stepping Cloud Consulting, working as Senior Project Manager and Principal Consultant. She led end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations for clients including Tata Motors, Tata Power, Tata Starbucks, Honda 2Wheelers, Minda and Vistra.
Aditi began her HR technology career with Mahindra Group in 2011 as Assistant Manager – Human Resources Digitization. During her six-year tenure, she worked on HR modules covering performance management, talent management, e-recruitment, learning and e-separation.
She also worked with Raymond as Human Resources Technology Lead and began her professional career as a Software Developer & Analyst at RBS Business Services.
Aditi holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering and a Professional Diploma in HR Management from Wigan & Leigh College India.
