The leading tire company, Michelin has appointed Nidhi Dhanju as Head- Human Resources.

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR. Michelin India.”
Nidhi is an accomplished Human Resource professional with 20 years of solid HR experience in delivering sustainable results, aligning people goals with business imperatives, and building trusted relationships.
She is a strong believer in a people-oriented growth mindset. Prior to Michelin, she was associated with Praj Industries as Group Chief Human Resource Officer.
Her earlier stints include working with Anchanto, Thermax Limited, Infosys, University of Minnesota, and 3M.

She holds her Ph.D. in Human Resource and Organization Development and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. Moreover, she completed her Bachelor of Arts from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
