In her role as Head – Talent Acquisition at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, she will work closely with business and leadership teams to build talent strategies that support organisational growth, strengthen leadership pipelines, and bring the right talent into the right roles at the right time.

Extensive Experience

Gitanjali is a Talent Acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience across executive search and corporate hiring, with a strong focus on leadership and critical talent acquisition.

She joins Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate from Hector & Streak Consulting, where she spent over 12 years in recruitment and consulting roles.

Her most recent position was Group Leader – Support Functions, where she was responsible for hiring across Finance & Accounts, HR, Legal and Marketing. Her experience also includes mid-to-CXO hiring across diverse business functions and leadership roles.

Before this, she worked as Vertical Head – Finance, Marketing, FMCG & Retail, handling talent acquisition across these sectors. Her work included niche talent acquisition and senior-level hiring.

She also worked with CCHR Pvt Ltd as HR Manager, where she handled the end-to-end recruitment cycle for middle and senior-level positions.

Earlier in her career, Gitanjali worked with APTECH Ltd as an HR Administrator. Her career has covered recruitment, human resources and hiring across multiple business functions and industries.

She holds a PG in Human Resources Management and Services from Welingkar Institute of Management.
