V-Access India Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Karanjit Kaur as its Head – Human Resources. She takes on the role after holding HR leadership positions in the manufacturing sector for several years.

In her new role at V-Access India, she will lead the company’s human resources function and oversee its people and talent initiatives.

Extensive Experience

Before joining V-Access India, Kaur worked as Assistant General Manager at Indication Instruments Limited, where she handled HR policies, performance management (PMS), succession planning, recruitment, administration, and employee engagement. She was also involved in talent management and other people-related initiatives.

Earlier, she served as Head of Human Resources at Talbros Engineering Ltd. for more than eight years. During her tenure, she led key HR functions, including human capital management, business partnering, performance management, leadership development, and employee learning and development.

She has rich experience in HR leadership roles, with expertise in talent management, performance management, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement. She has worked closely with business teams to support people processes and organisational goals.

She holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in Computer Science.
