Iris Software Inc. Elevates Saurabh Agarwal as Director – HR

Iris Software Inc. has elevated Saurabh Agarwal to the position of Director – HR Business Partner | BU HR Leader, effective July 2026.

In his new role, he will lead strategic HR initiatives, partner with business leaders, and drive people strategies aligned with the company’s business growth and organisational priorities.

Extensive Experience

Saurabh has been associated with Iris Software Inc. for nearly five years, during which he has steadily progressed through key leadership roles.

He joined the company in October 2021 as Senior Manager – HR Business Partner, was promoted to Associate Director – HR Business Partner in 2023, and later served as Associate Director – US HR based in Edison, New Jersey. His latest elevation marks another milestone in his HR leadership journey.

With nearly 18 years of experience in human resources, Saurabh has developed expertise in HR business partnering, talent management, leadership coaching, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, rewards and recognition, diversity and inclusion, and organisational transformation.

Before joining Iris Software, he worked as Manager – HR Business Partner at Landis+Gyr, where he led HR for the Global Research and Development Centre, established the HRBP function, and headed Learning & Development and Rewards & Recognition for India.

Earlier, he spent more than five years with Kronos, supporting product, technology, cloud, sales, and professional services teams. His career also includes HR leadership roles at 3Pillar Global and Aptara (Techbooks International Pvt. Ltd.).

Saurabh holds an Executive MBA/PGCHRM in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PGDM in Human Resources and Marketing from IPM, Meerut, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through an ICF-approved coaching programme.
