A wholly owned subsidiary of YES BANK Ltd., YES SECURITIES has appointed Pankaj Adhav as Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

In this role, he will be responsible for aligning human resources strategies with the company’s goals, ensuring a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
He is an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in End to End Talent Acquisition, HR Strategy, and Policy Development, Complete HR Operations, and Employee Life cycle Management with 16 Plus years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.
Prior to YES SECURITIES, he was associated with HDFC ERGO General Insurance as Head of Human Resources Operations. In this role, he was Leading the Employee life cycle Management at HDFC Ergo.
His earlier stints include working with 5paisa, Kunvarji Group, Religare Enterprises Ltd, and Sharekhan Ltd.

Pankaj holds his PGDBM in Human Resources Development from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and completed his Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources Management and Services from the Mumbai University Mumbai.
