Zydus Wellness appoints Shantanu Das as Senior VP-HR

A leading consumer wellness company, Zydus Wellness has appointed Shantanu Das as Senior Vice President – Human Resources.

In this role, he will be responsible for the entire HR framework of the company.

Shantanu is a passionate HR practitioner with 25 years of domain experience across the industry. He has held different roles across a portfolio of HR functions including HR Business Partnering at a leadership level, as well as being instrumental in driving and embedding Corporate culture.

He has been instrumental in driving several turnarounds and seasoned experience in implementing HR initiatives across verticals and leading organizations toward people excellence.

Prior to Zydus Wellness, Shantanu was associated with Amway India Enterprises Private Limited as CHRO. He was associated with the organization for over 7 years.

His earlier stints include working with Emami Limited as Vice President – of HR, Heinz India as General Manager – of HR, SABMiller as Head- of OE, and PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited as General Manager – of People Capability.

He started his career working with Philips India Private Limited as Executive -HR. He worked with the organization for over 2 years.

Shantanu holds his PGDPM&IR, Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the XLRI Jamshedpur. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Ravenshaw College, Cuttack.
