EY Appoints Neha Richharia as Partner – People Consulting

EY has appointed Neha Richharia as Partner – People Consulting in Hyderabad, where she will work with Financial Services clients and Global Capability Centres across India.

In her new role, she will support Financial Services clients in setting up Global Capability Centres and work across HR areas, including people advisory, leadership hiring, employee experience and HR operations for GCC setup work.

Extensive Experience

Before EY, Neha spent nearly 12 years with Cognizant. Most recently, she was HR Head, Global Capability Centres, working on GCC setup, leadership hiring, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement and change management.

She also served as Senior Director – HR for Quality Engineering & Assurance and Human Resources Director – Enterprise Application Services.

Earlier at Cognizant, she was Human Resources Director – Digital Business Operations, Associate Director HR and Senior Human Resources Manager. Her work covered HR business partnering, talent management, employee experience, diversity and inclusion, retention and HR compliance across digital and financial services businesses.

Before Cognizant, Neha worked with GE Power for three years as Human Resources Leader, supporting Hyderabad Technology Center.

She began her career at GE Capital in 2004 and spent seven years across HR business partnering, organisation and staffing, leadership communication and learning and development. Her experience spans technology, financial services, power and GCCs.

She holds an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management and a Certificate in Project Leadership from eCornell, Cornell University, and has completed employee experience certifications.
