CK Birla Group gets Sandeep Gautam as Group Head – Corporate

A diversified conglomerate in sectors such as technology, automotive, home and building, and healthcare, CK Birla Group has appointed Sandeep Gautam as Group Head – Corporate.

He is a seasoned HR leader with three decades of experience in driving business transformation and growth through strategic human resources management.

Sandeep has established a strong track record of success in managing complex HR projects and initiatives across multiple industries and geographies, such as mergers, demergers, acquisitions, HR automation, HR shared services, organization design, and change management. 

He passionate and collaborative leader who empowers and coaches his team of HR professionals to deliver excellence and value to the business and its stakeholders.

Prior to CK Birla Group, he was associated with National Engineering Industries Ltd. (NBC Bearings) as Chief Human Resources Officer. His earlier stints include working with Spencer’s Retail, Bharti Retail Limited (Easyday) Ert. Bharti Walmart, Somany Ceramics Ltd, and Honda Motorcycles & Scooters India Ltd.

He started his career working with Ester Industries Limited as Human Resources Executive.

Sandeep holds his Master of Social Work (MSW) from The Institute of Social Sciences and competed his Bachelor of Laws from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
