As part of the partnership, Accenture will help Dabur create a unified enterprise data foundation by integrating internal, external, structured and unstructured data into a centralised data lake.
This will enable trusted and automated data flows across the organisation and support faster, data-driven decision-making.
The company will also introduce AI-powered control towers and digital dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.
These tools will help leadership teams monitor performance, respond quickly to changing market conditions and improve business planning.
