KPMG in India, Zoho Join Hands to Accelerate Enterprise Digital Transformation

KPMG in India and Zoho have announced a strategic alliance to support enterprises across India in their digital transformation journeys. The partnership combines KPMG in India’s consulting and advisory capabilities with Zoho’s portfolio of more than 60 cloud-based business technology applications.

The alliance will focus particularly on mid-market and large enterprises looking for integrated, scalable and privacy-first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
The companies said the partnership will support business priorities including agility, automation and data-driven decision-making, along with growing demand for AI-driven technology.
Partnership to Cover Transformation Lifecycle
KPMG in India and Zoho plan to collaborate across different stages of the transformation lifecycle, including advisory and strategy, implementation and ongoing managed services.

The partnership will follow a multi-model structure covering alliance, managed services and reseller models. This is intended to provide flexibility in how the two organisations engage with clients and deliver solutions.
The areas of collaboration will include joint go-to-market initiatives, co-selling and co-delivery, managed services offerings, reseller enablement, joint marketing and promotion, and solution development. The companies also plan to develop industry-specific and use-case-based solutions based on market requirements.

He said the collaboration is intended to help enterprises take a more integrated approach to transformation and align technology adoption with their broader business objectives.
Focus on AI, Automation and Data

Bishan Singh, Director, Global Partner Program at Zoho, said many Indian businesses continue to face challenges from disparate technology tools, siloed data and integration issues. These challenges can also limit the ability of organisations to scale their AI initiatives.
According to Singh, combining Zoho’s technology stack with KPMG in India’s advisory expertise can help enterprises build integrated cloud solutions supporting intelligent automation, collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
He also pointed to the growing importance of data protection, data residency and governance requirements in India. Zoho said its ownership of the technology stack, including the AI layer built into it, is intended to help enterprises address these requirements while adopting cloud and AI solutions.
The alliance comes as enterprises across industries look to modernise their operations while managing growing technology, data and governance requirements.
