STL Appoints Anshu Mordia as Chief Human Resources Officer

Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) has announced the appointment of Anshu Mordia as Chief Human Resource Officer, effective April 29, 2026.

In this role, Anshu will lead STL’s global human resources strategy, overseeing talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation.

She will play a key role in strengthening the company’s people agenda, driving workforce engagement, and aligning HR initiatives with STL’s business growth and digital ambitions.

Extensive Experience

She brings close to two decades of rich experience in driving organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and culture building across the consulting, logistics, and travel industries.

Prior to joining STL, Anshu served as Director – People & Culture. at FCM Travel India. During her career, she has held pivotal leadership roles at DP World, Maersk Tankers, and FedEx Express.

She specializes in scaling global operations, leading large-scale HRIS implementations, and enhancing leadership readiness through advanced D&I and talent management strategies.

She holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD).
