Taking on this position, he’ll helm a team of 30+ HR professionals, guiding them in managing 5,000+ employees (comprising both FTE & contractual) across pivotal business domains and overseeing operations in 8+ manufacturing plants and zones.

Abhijit is an HR professional with over 18+ years of experience in the Banking, Insurance & Telecom sectors.

During his tenure, he has developed strong expertise in various aspects of HR domain including talent acquisition, talent management, strategic HR Business Partnering (HRBP), Plant HR, Factory HR, succession planning, overview recruiting process, and more.

Before joining Anmol Industries Limited, Abhijit Chakraborty was associated with Bajaj Allianz Life as Head HR, East Zone. His earlier stints include working with Tata Group, HSBC, Bharti Airtel, and ICICI Bank.

He holds his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bhavan’s Institute of Management Science.
