Rajinder is a seasoned HR professional with 30 years of experience in various businesses, including Indian conglomerates and multinational corporations.
He has demonstrated expertise in driving business strategy through alignment, building organizational capability and culture, and fostering connections by collaborating closely with business leaders, peers, and HR teams.
Prior to BAXY Limited, Rajinder Matharu was associated with DCM Shriram LTD as Vice President & HR Head – DCM Shriram Ltd, Sugar Business.

His earlier stints include working with Dalmia Bharat Limited, Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited, Tata International Limited, Bharti Airtel, Philips, and Paharpur Cooling Towers.
He holds his Master in Business Administration from Indian Institute Of Social Welfare and Business Management and completed his Bachelor of Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering.
