BPL Medical Technologies Appoints Rupini Raman as Head – HR

BPL Medical Technologies, a leading medical equipment manufacturing company in India, has appointed Rupini Raman as Head – Human Resources.
In her role, Raman will focus on attracting, integrating, and retaining talent capable of thriving in a technology-driven healthcare environment. She will also work closely with the leadership team to strengthen organizational culture, enhance capability building, and align the people strategy with evolving business priorities.
Extensive Experience
She brings over 18 years of experience across startups and multinational organizations, with expertise in building high-performance teams and driving people transformation initiatives. In her new role, she will lead the company’s human capital strategy, with a focus on building a future-ready workforce aligned with BPL MedTech’s long-term growth ambitions.
