Sandoz Appoints Aarti A Kapoor as Head- People & Org Operations, Region Intl

Sandoz, a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines, has appointed Aarti A Kapoor as Head of People & Organization Operations for Region International.

In this role, she will oversee people operations, HR transformation initiatives, and service delivery functions, driving workforce efficiency and organizational excellence across the company’s international markets and regional operations worldwide.

Extensive Experience

Aarti has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across global companies. Her background includes HR operations, employee support, compliance, and organizational management.

Before joining Sandoz, she worked briefly at McDonald’s as Director – Global HR Operations & Service Delivery. Earlier, she was Vice President – People Enablement & Service Delivery at Adani Group.

She also spent more than three years at PepsiCo in Hyderabad. During that time, she held senior positions in people operations, service delivery, employee experience, and HR operations within global business services.

Aarti worked at Amazon for more than seven years in several HR leadership positions. As Global Service Delivery Hub Leader – HR Services, she managed large HR operations, automation programs, inclusion efforts, process improvement work, policy rollout, and new site openings.

Earlier in her career, she spent seven years with American Express, handling leave, disability, accommodation, and compliance programs for employees in the US market.

Aarti started her career in customer service and education with Infovision India Pvt Ltd and Holy Heart Presidency School.
