Clix Capital appoints Kanishka Mallick as Vice President- HR

Clix Capital, one of the leading online lenders has appointed Kanishka Mallick as Vice President- Human Resources.

He has nearly two decades of experience from HR to e-HR, TA, Recruitment, strategy to deployment, employee engagement, people experience & all the X-Tech (fintech, foodtech, musictech, wealthtech, digital media, OTT, etc.)

Prior to Clix Capital, Kanishka was on a Career Break. Previously, he was associated with Early Stage Startup as Senior Vice President – Talent Solutions.

His earlier stints include working with Times Internet, Bharti Enterprises, Bharti Comtel Ltd, QAI India Ltd, and Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Ltd.

He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), in Human Resources Development from AMITY University Gurgaon. He holds his Master in Business Administration from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli and completed his Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta.
