Compass Group appoints Bhanu Pratap Singh as Head- HR Shared Services

A world-leading food and support services company, Compass Group has appointed Bhanu Pratap Singh as Head- HR Shared Services.

He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head HR Shared Services at Compass Group!”

Bhanu is a Human Resource Shared Services professional with 23 years of experience in setting up and managing HR shared services by centralizing & automating the processes in line with organization growth and opportunity, and the ability to align HR processes as per business imperatives.

He has helped HR function to deliver their services to employees in a faster, more effective way. Prior to Compass Group, he was associated with IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) as Director – Head HR Shared Services. He has held various leadership roles in the organization.

His earlier stints include working with Magma Fincorp, TATA TELESERVICES LTD., Ericsson, Dell Services, NTT DATA, and Innodata India Pvt Ltd.

He holds a Master’s in Human Resources and IR and a Bachelor’s in Legislative Law from the University of Lucknow.
