Hero MotoCorp appoints Jyoti Singh as Head – Human Resources

The world’s largest manufacturer of two-wheelers, Hero MotoCorp has announced the appointment of Jyoti Singh as Head- Human Resources,

Jyoti has confirmed the development on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of HR at Hero MotoCorp! Centre of Innovation & Technology.”

Jyoti has nearly three decades of industrial experience. Prior to Hero MotoCaop, she was associated with Honda Cars India Ltd as Head- Human Resources. She worked with the organization for over six years.

At Honda Cars India, Jyoti was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Furthermore, she was responsible for employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.

Previously, she was associated with reputed organizations such as Birlasoft, HCL Technologies, and V-Customers Services India (P) Ltd.

Jyoti started her career working with Sparsh India Pvt Ltd as a Marketing Coordinator. She worked with the organization for over four years.
