Livspace gets Ex-Nykaa Sulabh Kulshreshtha as Head – HR

Asia’s largest and fastest-growing omni-channel home interiors and renovation platform, Livspace has appointed Sulabh Kulshreshtha as Head of Human Resources.

In this role, he will be responsible for the People agenda at Livspace.

He confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources at Livspace!”

In his previous roles, he had successfully led the people agenda of several renowned brands in retail, F&B, telecom, insurance, and manufacturing, achieving recognition as a Great Place to Work, driving IPO readiness, and launching new businesses.

His expertise includes hiring talent from diverse backgrounds, building employee advocacy, and creating high-performing teams.

Prior to Livspace, Sulabh was associated with Nykaa as Head – Employee Experience & Tech-HR (COE) | HRBP (People & Culture) | Well-Being | HR Communication. In this role, he was heading Employee Experience, HRBP, and Tech-HR at Nykaa.

His earlier stints include working with leading organizations including Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd., Arvind Fashions Limited, Calvin Klein, Reliance Brands Ltd., Bharti AXA Life Insurance, and Vodafone.

Sulabh started his career working with ENERCON, where he worked for over a year as Officer-Human Resources.

He holds his Master in Business Administration (MBA, Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
