Nagarro Appoints Vivek Arora as Managing Director

Nagarro has elevated Vivek Arora to the position of Managing Director, while he will continue in his existing role as Global Business Unit Head alongside his new responsibilities.

With more than two decades of experience, Vivek has held leadership roles across technology delivery, business operations, programme management and software development.

He has spent more than 10 years with Nagarro, where he has taken on several leadership positions.

Extensive Experience

Vivek has been associated with Nagarro since 2016 and has held various roles across delivery and business functions.

Before his elevation to Managing Director, he served as Global Business Unit Head and Partner & Director. He also served as Director, Delivery, a position he held for nearly 10 years.

Before joining Nagarro, Vivek spent more than two years with NIIT Technologies. He joined the company as Project Head – SPM and later served as Program Head, based in Greater Noida.

Earlier, he worked with Religare Technologies as GM – Projects / Program Management, where he spent more than two years managing project and programme functions.

Vivek spent more than seven years with Dell Services, holding a series of roles across software development and delivery. His positions included Software Development Senior Manager, Project Manager / Offshore Delivery Manager, Onsite Delivery Manager, and Design Lead / System Analyst.

He began his professional career with Perot Systems as Team Lead, marking the start of a career spanning technology services, software development, project management and business leadership.
